The Admin Assistant

$2000 + GST

For practices ready to get properly sorted.

  • Everything in The Receptionist

  • Inbox management + reporting

  • Appointment reminders & workflow help

  • Triaging and client intake 

  • 1 monthly marketing email (EDM)

  • Optional help with 1–2 socials per week OR billing/rebates and accounts follow up. 

The Practice Manager

$5000 + GST

For teams on the rise who want structure, support, and visibility.

  • Everything in The Reception & Admin Assistant

  • Payment processing

  • Referral triage and client onboarding

  • Monthly reporting and maintenance

  • Staff onboarding  

  • Referrer and client EDMs

  • 2–3 custom social posts per week if desired

  • billing/rebates and accounts follow up. 

  • Other tasks as required by clinicians and clients that arise 

The Clinic COO

$9500 + GST

For the busy clinic owner who’s done with doing it all.

  • Everything in other packages

  • Full inbox/calendar/claims management

  • CRM: Setup/maintenance streamlining, backend + integrations

  • Quarterly strategy calls

  • Hiring & training admin/clinicians

  • Support for workshops, programs, or passive revenue streams

  • Basic bookkeeping

  • Up to 3 EDMs/month

  • 4–5 social posts/week + content strategy

  • Event/podcast support

  • Dedicated account manager + priority comms

  • Access to Marketing and Bookkeeping team as needs

Per Month | 6-month terms

  • 3–5 posts/week (including one Reel)

  • 5–10 custom tiles + IG stories/month

  • Captions written for all posts

  • Weekly account check-ins

  • Content strategy + hashtag bundles

  • Optional help sourcing photographers

Podcast Management

$3,600 + GST

3-month term ongoing - Optional podcast setup available — quoted separately

  • For practice owners ready to speak their mind (and grow their reach).

  • Weekly editing (up to 60 mins)

  • Episode summaries + upload

  • Promo graphics + captions (IG, FB, LinkedIn)

  • Scheduling posts via your preferred platform
